Autumn Rainbow is a support and social group for older LGBT people in Herefordshire.
It can be rather isolated being older LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Trans) in Herefordshire. Autumn Rainbow seeks to bring people together socially.
We work with Age UK, Herefordshire Voluntary Action and the Rainbow Forum which is the umbrella group for LGBT people in Herefordshire.
